Champagne? Wine? We’re not sure… well… actually, we are, because there are fine, delicate bubbles, and then we’re faced with a great white wine for sipping! Complex aromas of white flowers and citrus… and then there are a few notes of evolution to add to the complexity. A fresh palate with a long, savory, and smooth finish. Drink it over a few days and note how it evolves. Surprising.
