Champagne: our organic, biodynamic and natural selection

Here is our selection of the best natural champagnes. Internationally known for its sparkling whites, it is the most northern vineyard of the country. Four regions delimit Champagne: Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Côte des Blancs and Côte des Bar. The hilly landscape and the limestone subsoil (chalk) give all the typicity of its wines of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. The whites undergo a double fermentation to obtain the famous effervescence. Wines of celebration par excellence, we will find fruity, round, soft and minerality depending on the rate of added sugars.

All about our organic and natural champagnes:

The different types of Champagne

The vineyards of Champagne are the northernmost vineyards in the country! This region east of Paris is internationally renowned for its champagnes and magical bubbles. Some reds and rosés are produced, but the majority of Champagne wines are white. Depending on their location, some of them are selected as Crus and Grands Crus. There are 3 different champagnes: the blanc de blancs champagnes from Grape variety chardonnay, the blanc de noirs champagnes from Grape variety pinot noir or pinot meunier and finally the traditional champagnes made from a blend of these 3 grape varieties.
