Old vines of Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc from the Kalkstahl hillside, a manganese-rich granite located at altitude, facing south and sheltered from the wind.
Complex nose of white fruit. On the palate, fluidity, a sensation of purity, liveliness and length. Superb!
