We're talking to you about his Winery
| Thomas Chany is a young winemaker of 25 years old (in 2020) who exploits just 1ha in the Languedoc in Puisserguier (34). After studying for a BTS VITI OENO with internships at Yannick Pelletier and Luc and Patricia Bettoni (Winery Les EMINADES) for winemaking (2014). Employed since 2016 at Winery Les EMINADES, Thomas Chany works his vines in his spare time at the end of the day and on weekends. During 2021 he should acquire some more grenaches. |
Currently, he offers a single vintage Mangourass 2018 made from 100% old carignan. 3rd vintage on this wine surprisingly balanced and fresh, the natural approach of the work is obviously for much! In short, we were all unanimous and enthusiastic about this Mangourass from Thomas Chany that we warmly recommend.
