Sandrine Farrugia

In the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, in Saint-Jean-de-Fos, Sandrine Farrugia runs a small Winery where each vintage reflects the freshness and character of the great terroirs of the Languedoc. After gaining experience at various French vineyards, she founded her own Winery the goal of producing lively, precise, and authentic wines.

Its 8 hectares of vineyards, cultivated using organic farming methods, are planted primarily with Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Cinsault. Winemaking is intentionally low-intervention, using native yeasts, little or no sulfur depending on the cuvée, and aging designed to preserve the expression of the fruit and the terroir.
