Les Acacias 2023 - Cahors - Mas del Périé
Frankly, this is a serious wine, one that is already seductive but which will give itself away completely in 2 or 3 years. Great finish. We prefer to decant 1 hour before serving this lovely Cahors from Mas Del Périé. We liked the spices, the mouthfeel and the feel of the tannins. A natural wine to be ranked among the greats.
Fabien Jouves' 2018 Acacias are Malbec on red clay soils. A soil that brings finesse to the tannins, and the tasting proves it.
