Ampersand 2023 - Vin de France - Pech Del Cel
A very different profile from the 2022 vintage, here a wine more marked by fluidity and fruitiness. Less serious, more approachable. And yet, we still find those little bitters we're particularly fond of.
To be tasted too, really nothing to do with 2022.
An aperitif wine, but why not also pair it with fresh cheeses and summer fruit tarts.
Please note: this wine requires a little decanting in advance and, depending on the bottle, may contain a little natural gas (Co2) left over from fermentation.
