A pet nat made using the ancestral method (i.e., a single fermentation started in a tank and then aged in the bottle with natural sugars and indigenous yeasts).
Still 100% Chenin here. The nose and palate feature notes of white fruit, green apple, exotic fruit (a hint of lychee), and floral aromas. Vibrant bubbles. A beautifully crafted pét-nat!
