Pays d'Auge Cider - La Garenne 2025 - Winery Antoine Marois
Nice golden color. An apple/pear nose, touches of honey. In the mouth: fullness, softness and smoothness (it's almost creamy). The bubbles are very fine and behind the mouth, a nice sweetness and an interesting salinity that lasts on the finish.
A gourmet cider to be drunk well chilled (8°).
Pairing: this cider can be a cooking cider with slightly spicy exotic dishes. And of course Norman cheeses and white fruit tarts!
