La Souteronne 2025 - Hervé Souhaut
A Gamay from the Ardèche made from old vines, with a nose of red and black fruits, violets, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh, and elegant, with fine tannins and lovely depth. A natural, indulgent red, Serve slightly chilled.
It's worth noting that this Gamay variety produces fairly dark juices, with a touch more body that adds a bit of spice to these wines... Just like the Gamays from Auvergne, actually :)
