Since this vintage, like others, is classified as “ vin de france,” the use of the “lieu dit” designation is prohibited. A name change for Les Bouches!
This GREAT Chenin stands out for its incredible purity and richness. And what depth! On the palate, it’s the balance that impresses, followed by its savory character and finesse. The finish is long and is sure to leave a lasting impression.
A rare vintage, with only 1,000 bottles produced.
This is the most straightforward white wine from the “ Winery,” requiring less work in the cellar than the other white vintages. A single-vineyard wine, vinified to let the location, the terroir, and the stones speak for themselves. Tension!!
