Plenty of roundness on the attack, followed by a smooth, refined palate that gains intensity and complexity with notes of white fruit, mild spices, and bourbon-like vanilla—but above all, it showcases what we love about the work of the Maison Valette : energy. The finish is incredible, with significant aging potential, just like all the wines from this Maison !
