The palate is full-bodied, slightly taut and astringent, full of energy and with good length. A wine that can be cellared for a while.
Winemaking :
Semi-carbonic maceration for 12 days on whole grapes.
Indigenous yeasts. Very light sulfiting
Aged 8 months in stainless steel vats.
