Les Pucelles 2021 - Chinon - Winery des Frères
Unlike the first vintage of this cuvée (2020), which was 100% whole bunch, 2021 is a blend of destemmed and unstemmed grapes following the complicated vintage.
The cuvée Les Pucelles still retains its fruity and immediate profile. A wine that is greedy and accessible now, but which will become more refined with a little bottle ageing.
