Cidre Pays d'Auge - La Garenne - Winery Antoine Marois
Nice golden color. An apple/pear nose, touches of honey. In the mouth: fullness, softness and smoothness (it's almost creamy). The bubbles are very fine and behind the mouth, a nice sweetness and an interesting salinity that lasts on the finish.
A gourmet cider to be drunk well chilled (8°).
Agreement : cette cuvée peut être un cidre de cuisine sur des plats exotiques légèrement épicés. Et bien entendu des fromages normands et des tartes aux fruits blancs !
