| The Winery Calcarius was born from the collaboration between Valentina Passalacqua (from the eponymous Winery ) and Danilo Marcucci, pioneer and initiator of natural wines in Italy.
In the IGT Puglia appellation area - Puglia region, in the boot of Italy - several plots are selected to best represent this limestone terroir. The aim is to make wines that are digestible, pure and marked by an important minerality. |
