Just like the white wine 'Les Brumes', the red is also a big hit.
A full, fine, straight wine with polished tannins.
Short maceration of 9 days in whole bunches (a kind of carbo), then fermentation (alcoholic and malo) directly in barrels!
Unfiltered, may be cloudy but does not have a defect! Living wine
