White . Noir is a blend of red and white grapes.
In 2021, Charles and Guillaume picked the two grenaches at the very beginning of the harvest (end of August 2021) to obtain a lively, fresh wine. It is rather a white wine with notes of white fruits and beautiful pepper aromas. Tense mouth, saline on the finish. A wine that must be waited for a few months, a few years to gain in complexity, like all the wines of frères Soulier.
No filtration or fining. No added sulfite and no inputs.
