Brave Margot 2020 - Le bout du monde - Côtes du Roussillon
It is however worth tasting Roussanne, especially when it is handled by Edouard Laffitte in his Winery from the end of the world. Beautiful substance, plenty of fresh fruit, just the right balance with the acidity of the wine.
A little deposit in the bottle but don't panic, the wine is alive, it's a good sign :-)
