The "Cuvées Exclusives" Petites Caves, are unique natural wines, made specifically with our winemaker friends. We went on site to talk to them, taste and re-taste and Tom, our sommelier, selected the wines that he liked and that our customers will like. These wines are all unique and only available at Petites Caves.
YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START?
Are you curious to discover these wines that are being talked about more and more? We've made it simple for you. We have asked winemakers we know and appreciate to make wines that are accessible, fruity and easy to "understand" from the first sip. The idea was to enter through a logic of Grape variety. Melon de Bourgogne, Gamay, Grenache, Chenin... if these words, which you sometimes hear, do not evoke precise ideas for you... these wines are made for you!
Divine DURAS by Bois-MOISSET 2021
This is a good introduction to this Grape variety from the Tarn, the Duras. The nose shows a slight reduction which will fade away quite quickly after a little airing. We immediately feel the freshness of the wine, the juicy black fruits and some spicy notes as well. On the palate, the wine is straightforward and presents a frank attack on black fruits, giving way to a fluid and sapid mid-palate.
A fruity wine balanced by a nice tannic structure on the finish which will be perfect for everyday meals, snacks and grilled meats.

Radieux Rosé by Richaud 2021
A 2021 vintage with freshness and fruity roundness. One can almost speak of greediness. Frank and fresh on the palate. We are pleased to find the small acidic red fruits of the Cinsault, which is in the majority in this vintage. The finish, always fresh, reveals some floral touches. A springtime cuvée that will delight us all summer long and beyond.

Joli Gamay by Jef 2020
Following a visit to Jean-François Debourg (Beaujolais), we tasted a vat, selected and isolated a barrel which we aged. A pleasant fruity wine, of friends, which allows everyone to discover the natural wine. With this wine, learn about Gamay, the unique and typical Beaujolais Grape variety .
Goes well with: snout salad, hot brioche sausage (typical of Lyon), veal escalope, camembert, brie, red fruit or praline tarts.

Glorieux Grenache by jean-Phi' 2019
This is a fruity, fresh, elegant 100% Grenache (which is quite rare with Grenache, often rich and voluptuous). A treat for adults with red fruits and dried flowers. Made by Jean-Philippe Padié, winemaker in the Roussillon.

Chenin is one of the great grape varieties of western France, offering fine, lively, floral and fruity wines. Like us, you will succumb to the charm of this pretty white wine, produced in the heart of the Layon Valley.
