There are times when you have to stop and think: have I ever tasted a wine that comes close to this one, to this sensation? You search your olfactory and gustatory memories to find similarities, but, almost but... no, in fact, nothing so equivalent... and yes, indeed, there is no equivalent to Coulée de Serrant.
