Fresh, iodized, opulent nose. Notes of small white fruits with pips; floral touch in the background. This is definitely a Chenin, with a nice fatness. A clean, straightforward wine that takes you gently to a saline, almost buttery-salt-crystal finish.
With this Perlée, I want to indulge myself with plain red mullet fillets, how about you?
