We're telling you about their Winery
Pauline Broqua first worked as a sommelier in Toulouse (already the natural wine...) but the desire for the vines was the strongest! Direction Banyuls in Roussillon where she works at Winery Yoyo then Aveyron at Nicolas Carmarans where Pauline perfected her apprenticeship. | She took the plunge and settled in 2018 (Winery des Buis) in the Aveyron, in Entraygues sur Tuyère to be exact, and is now flying under her own steam. 2 hectares of vines at the beginning and then 7 hectares since 2019. The talent is really there. No chemicals, no inputs, we are really into natural wines. Small surface area but many grape varieties: Fer Servadou, the local of the stage, but also Cabernet Franc, Negret de Banhars and Chenin. A lot of energy and elegance in these first vintages. |
