La Souteronne 2024 - Hervé Souhaut
This variety of Gamay produces fairly dark juices, with a touch more substance, but always fruit, lots of fruit, and a very interesting minerality that spices up these wines a little... Like Auvergne Gamay, in fact :). The lump is fine, delicate and you bite into it, as always!
There are a few wines like this that we look forward to every year and that never disappoint... Thank you, Hervé.
