Day K 2024 - Vin de France - Pech Del Cel
Braucol, a Grape variety rarely worked with such fluidity. Notes of red and black fruits. Touches of pharmaceutical herbs (camphor). Fresh, easy-drinking, with a nice degree of drinkability! (= carbo)
Fermented with indigenous yeasts, no added sulfites. Carbonic maceration, whole bunches for 10 days. Light foot treading 48 hours before pressing. Unfined, unfiltered.
Please note: wine may show a little gas (fizz), natural C02 left over from fermentation. Shake if it bothers you!
