Les Chonchons 2024 - Côtes du Jura- Anne and Jean-François Ganevat
This wine, made from old Pinot Noir vines planted on a terroir of Lias grey marl and Trias marl, was vinified for 1 year, naturally without intervention, using indigenous yeasts, unfined, unfiltered and with no added SO2.
